Day 01

  • Arrival at Lamezia Terme Airport

  • Transport to Hotel Baia dell'Est.

  • Welcome dinner with Chef Rachel Barnett and ICI President, Chef John Nocita

Day 02

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • Professional Olive Oil class and tasting conducted by Chef John Nocita that will open your mind and palate

  • Lunch at Italian Culinary Institute with wine pairing

  • Dinner at Agrutiurismo

Day 03

  • Breakfasat at hotel

  • Cucina Creativa: Chef John and ICI team, demonstrate evolutionary pasta, pastries, and gelatos.

  • Lunch will be provided throughout the demonstration.

  • Free afternoon

  • Dinner at ICI

Day 04

  • Breakfast before departure

  • Depart for Sicily

  • Taormina hotel check-in

  • Lunch at classic Sicilian restaurant

  • Afternoon to shop and explore the town of Taormina.

  • Dinner at local restaurant

  • Overnight stay at hotel in Taormina

Day 05

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • BamBar Granita

  • Explore Ancient Greek and Roman Ruins.

  • Open Lunch/ afternoon to explore.

  • Departure to Hotel Baia dell'Est

Day 06

  • Hands-on cooking lessons. Participants will work side by side ICI chefs creating an aray of pastas.

  • Lunch at ICI

  • Sunset boat cruise

  • Apericena(Appitizer / Fingerfoods and a Spritz)
