Many people that I've crossed paths with have asked me "how do you stay so positive and happy all the time?" The answer.... I wasn't always this person. I have done years of deep self-work which has helped me to become who I am today. Now, today, I've learned that happiness is a choice and in order to be happy, you must choose it!
